Terms and Conditions~ As our Bears are Bespoke to every individual customer's specification, you will never have two bears that are exactly identical. Giving you, your very own exclusive unique Waxed Scented Teddy Bear. Once you have committed to purchase your Bears, it will not be possible to cancel your order. ~ The fragrance will decrease over time if your Teddy B’Air is kept at room temperature. To refresh the scent, heat with a blow dryer for about a minute. This can to be done about once a month as desired. ~ Some fragrance oils can discolour white Bears. When using a white or very light coloured bear, try to choose fragrance oils that are as clear or lightly tinted as possible. ~ Waxed Scented Dippy Teddy B’Air’s can stain wood surfaces we would suggest placing them ion a dish, glass or metal surface, which will protect the wood surface from stain by the oils in the wax. ~ Keep out of the reach of children, as these Teddy B’Airs are no longer toys. ~ Waxed Dippy Teddy B’Air Fresheners are not created to burn like a candles, they are for display and décor purposes only. A nicer alternative to an Air Freshener ~ Care and Maintenance Instructions are enclosed with each Wax Scented Dippy B'Air Freshener. Please ensure that you read your Bear Instructions correctly. Delivery Delivery ~ ~ We will Endeavour to deliver within 7 to 10 working days of receiving your order. However orders may take slightly longer on the run up to Christmas. Car B’Air Fresheners will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days Presentation ~ Gift Wrapped Our Car B’Air Fresheners are wrapped and sealed in a cello bag.
