Delivery Times

Our standard delivery charge starts at £2.95 up to a maximum of £9.95 for UK deliveries.

We will endeavour to deliver your item within 7 working days. However orders may take longer on busy times of the year. You will be notified should this be the case.
As our bears are bespoke to every individual customer's specification, you will never have two bears that are exactly identical. Giving you, your very own exclusive unique Scented Wax Teddy Bear.

All bears are checked and passed before there are dispatched. If your bear has been damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. Any postal charges you may incur will be credited to your card.
