~ As our Bears are Bespoke to every individual customer's specification, you will never have two bears that are exactly identical. Giving you, your very own exclusive unique Waxed Scented Teddy Bear. Once you have committed to purchase your Bears, it will not be possible to cancel your order.
All bears are checked and passed before there are dispatched. If your Wax Dippy Bear has been damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. Any postal charges you may incur will be credited to your card.
Bear Care ~
~ The fragrance will decrease over time if the animal is kept at room temperature. To refresh the scent, heat with a blow dryer for about a minute. This can to be done about once a month as desired.
~ Some fragrance oils can discolour white animals. When using a white or very light coloured bear, try to choose fragrance oils that are as clear or lightly tinted as possible.
~ Waxed Dipped Animal do not do well sitting near heat sources or bright sunlight. Never put wax-dipped animals directly on wood. A dish, glass or metal, will protect the wood surface from stain by the oils in the wax.
~ Keep out of the reach of children, as these animals are no longer toys.
~ Waxed Dipped Animals are not created to burn like a candles, they are for display and décor purposes only. A nicer alternative to an Air Freshener
~ Care and Maintenance Instructions are enclosed with each Waxed Dippy Bear. Please ensure that you read your Bear Instructions correctly. Wax Bears and Friends will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the customer
Delivery ~
~ We will endeavour to deliver within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving your order. However orders may take slightly longer on the run up to Christmas. You will be notified should this be the case.
