On the website, the bears that I had ordered were shown in stock. I was contacted by Kelvin from the company and he kindly informed me that the bears were actually out of stock. He had offered me alternatives and I was very satisfied with my order. He was very helpful and I was happy that he had contacted me immediately to inform me that my items were out of stock. I would definitely buy from this website again.

the service i received was second to none. had problem with delivery company saying they had tried to deliver 3 times but left no cards! but i have to say the correspondance from kelvin at wax bears was brill and problem was easily resolved by him,as for the bear itself... beautiful ;), i was looking for a graduation bear which they didnt have but within a day of my enquiry for one they got me one. fantastic service ,will def be using again, many thanks .
